A life-long affair with PR.

Lana was a journalism major in college and didn't realize how much fun she would have in the working world when she selected PR as an emphasis…

Her passion for all things tech first began with her family's Atari console.  After college, her digital path really progressed when she landed a dream job with 3D animation / visual effects provider Engineering Animation, Inc. (now EDS) where she publicized high-profile projects that were slam-dunks for national media attention.

Since, she has helped with many historic technology transitions including:

- Ushering in the digital music revolution by unveiling the first MP3 player in the U.S. (the Diamond Rio).

- Publicizing CinemaNow's role behind the first time a major studio feature film (MGM's aptly titled WHAT'S THE WORST THAT COULD HAPPEN?) was made available for legal download via the Internet.

- Kicking off the digital TV transition for the National Association of Broadcasters and the Consumer Electronics Association.

Lana has also launched countless tech products and services such as: LG cell phones, HP printers, Symantec utility software, Tomb Raider franchise videogames, Walt Disney Internet Group online portals, Netflix.com DVD rental services and JetBlue Airways' LiveTV in-flight entertainment services.

Based in Los Angeles, Lana offers senior-level PR counsel drawing on her sixteen years of communications experience.  Her career includes time spent working in-house and within the PR agency environment so she knows what it's like to be the client and to be the advisor.
